Nebraska will be a man down on Thursday night, as it travels to Michigan to take on the 25th-ranked Wolverines.

According to Omaha.com, point guard Cam Mack will not play in Thursday night’s B1G clash in Ann Arbor. The suspension was announced just an hour before the two teams were scheduled to tip off.

Mack’s suspension comes from a violation of team rules, but no further details were provided. It is the fourth time this season Mack has been disciplined by the Huskers coaching staff, though it’s the first time he’s been sidelined for an entire game.

This year, Mack is averaging 11.9 points, 6.3 assists and 4.6 rebounds per game for the Huskers. It was not mentioned whether or not Mack would miss more than just one game.

Nebraska is 7-22 this season with a 2-16 record in B1G play. The Huskers play Michigan before closing out the season on the road against Minnesota on Sunday.
