Nebraska volleyball punches ticket to national final with sweep of Pitt
Nebraska volleyball rolled into the NCAA Tournament as the No. 1 overall seed. The Huskers are still rolling, sweeping past Pitt in the national semifinals Thursday night.
The dominance of Nebraska has been on display all tournament long. To this point, the Huskers have yet to play a 5-game match, and the win over Pitt was the fourth sweep in five tournament matches for Nebraska.
Here is the moment the Huskers completed their sweep into the NCAA final:

One of the key performers for Nebraska Thursday night was Bekka Allick. She delivered 10 blocks to lead all players and delivered 4 kills and an ace in the sweep.

Nebraska’s Harper Murray led all players with 13 kills while Ally Batenhorst and Merritt Beason finished with 8 apiece. Lexi Rodriguez finished with a match-high of 14 digs and Bergen Reilly also led all players with 31 assists as Nebraska dominated with wins of 25-20, 25-23 and 25-17 to take down Pitt.
Now, the Huskers will await the winner of Wisconsin vs. Texas in the championship. That match is set for 3 pm ET on Sunday.
