Nebraska have to wait an extra week to see Scott Frost’s debut as the Huskers’ season opener against Akron was cancelled due to inclement weather.
Despite missing the first week of the season, Frost did not miss the weekly press conference, but primarily talked about the cancellation. It was quick, brief, and to the point.
Here’s what Frost had to say at his weekly press conference:
Frost called The Tunnel Walk "the best part of the night."
On game: "We got all dressed up for nothing. The guys were ready to play."

Frost said his staff is "snakebit." 3rd year in a row his team has had a game canceled.
Frost understood Bowden's perspective. Not sure he would have played in the game if he were in Bowden's shoes.
