Spielman hauled in 170 receptions for 2,546 yards and 15 touchdowns from 2017-19 with the Huskers. He was expected to be a critical part of the offense in 2020 but instead opted to leave Lincoln for opportunities elsewhere.
During the 2020 season, Spielman caught just 5 passes for 56 yards. This fall, the receiver was responsible for 125 yards and 2 touchdowns on 8 receptions.
TCU is currently 3-4 this season.
