A Nebraska cornerback has decided to enter his name in the NCAA transfer portal, according to a report from Husker247. The news came out on Wednesday.

Redshirt freshman walk-on Moses Bryant will reportedly explore other playing options outside of Lincoln. He can choose to return to Nebraska if that’s in his best interest.

Bryant, a 5-foot-11, 200-pound in-state product redshirted in the 2018 season. As a hometown kid, he was considered to be one of the more notable walk-ons for the Huskers.

As a high school recruit, Bryant held offers from Northwestern Missouri State and North Dakota. He decided to walk-on at Nebraska. It’s unclear whether or not he’ll be looking to transfer to another FBS program.

Nebraska is 4-5 this season with a game against No. 14 Wisconsin on the horizon.
