Nebraska guard Dalano Banton is headed to the G-League Elite Camp in Chicago this weekend, according to a report.

That’s per Sports Illustrated’s Jeremy Woo:

The G-League Elite Camp provides teams with an extended look at under-the-radar prospects who didn’t initially receive invitations to the NBA Draft combine. A few players who perform well at the G-League camp will receive invites to the main combine later this month.

Banton’s numbers for Nebraska aren’t elite, but his 6-foot-9 frame has scouts intrigued. He averaged 9.6 points and 5.9 rebounds and 3.9 assists this season.

Ohio State’s EJ Liddell and Duane Washington Jr. are also amongst the players heading to the G-League Elite Camp.

More notably, Los Angeles Clippers guard Terance Mann was a participant in the 2019 G-League Elite Camp. He scored 39 points in Game 6 vs. the Utah Jazz on Friday night.

The G-League Elite Camp takes place June 19-21 in Chicago.

The 2021 NBA Draft is on July 29.
