Report: Nebraska WR/RB expresses intent to enter transfer portal
Nebraska’s Miles Jones was recruited as a running back. He’s a redshirt freshman now and has made the switch to try and play wide receiver.
However, as of Monday afternoon, Jones’ intent may be to play for another team:

Nothing is official yet, but Jones hasn’t played yet in 2019. He has already used a redshirt season as well and appears to be done as a Husker, losing a year of eligibility. Jones is a part of a roster that has plenty of talent at that hybrid role of running back and wide receiver.

The players at those spots are young as well, featuring guys like true freshman Wan’Dale Robinson. Jones, last season, caught one pass and had one rushing attempt. His two plays from scrimmage went 26 yards.
