Nebraska lost a commitment from its 2021 recruiting class on Saturday.

Cornerback Ladarius Webb Jr. announced his decision to re-open his recruitment on Twitter:

Webb had been committed to Nebraska since July 7 of this year.

This news comes just one day after the Huskers lost 26-20 to Iowa. Nebraska has now lost six straight games in that rivalry matchup.

Nebraska also lost a freshman to the transfer portal this weekend.

Webb hails from Jackson, Mississippi. He is the No. 114 cornerback in the class of 2021, per 247Sports Composite rankings.

According to his 247Sports page, Webb doesn’t have any other scholarship offers.

Nebraska will face Purdue on Saturday.
