Scott Frost details 'tough 72 hours' for Nebraska's program after making significant changes
With Scott Frost now having some job security, the Nebraska coach has had to make some difficult choices regarding his staff.
Frost is reshuffling his staff at the running back, quarterback, offensive line, and wide receiver positions. During a press conference as Nebraska is on a bye week, Frost described the reasoning behind the moves.
Scott Frost, “It’s been tough,” over the past few days. But he said the decision to make changes was an easy one if it helps move the program forward.

Ron Brown is the interim running backs coach. Steve Cooper is the quarterbacks coach. Frank Verducci is the offensive line coach. Mike Cazano is the wide receivers coach.
Frost will remain as Nebraska’s coach going into the 2022 season despite a lack of success during his tenure so far. Nebraska football is 3-7 overall, seventh place in the B1G West, and will return to action on Nov. 20 at Wisconsin.
