Scott Frost is 'excited' about a lot of players, said it was good to 'get back on the field with the guys'
Nebraska hasn’t lived up to expectations this season. Any Husker fan or person involved with the program would tell you that.
However, when things aren’t going your way, sometimes all you need is some time off. Step away from things and then come back when your head is cleared.
That is Nebraska this week. The Huskers are 4-5 overall and have lost their last three. But for Week 11, Nebraska was off.
Now, Week 12 is ahead.

Nebraska gets Wisconsin at home. Ahead of that matchup, on Monday, Huskers coach Scott Frost met with the media and talked about getting back to work after the time off:
Frost said it was good to "get back on the field with the guys" after the bye week.
He is excited about a lot of players on this team. Talking about Chris Hickman now. Frost said Hickman was "sick as a dog" against Purdue but wanted to play.
That's a great sign. 🏈👍

Scott Frost says he's looking for more consistency from Adrian Martinez. When there are opportunities in passing game, get the ball there. That type of thing.
As for the center position, the snaps have gotten better. Frost said Jurgens' talent is obvious.

Frost says he thinks his team is stronger and more prepared to play in these types of game (physical games against Iowa and Wisconsin) than they were last year.
