Scott Frost 'less stressed' than last year, makes subtle comparison between Adrian Martinez, Patrick Mahomes
Nebraska’s 2019 season is right around the corner.
In fact, it’s not even a week away. People are high on the Huskers. Like, potentially win the entire Big Ten high.

Why is that? There are a number of reasons. One is Adrian Martinez, the returning starting quarterback. Nebraska coach Scott Frost has talked about Martinez in the past about how great he is not just on the field, but as a leader, too.
On Monday, Frost talked with the media about entering this season compared to a year ago:
Frost: "I feel way less stressed heading into this year than last year." #Huskers

And he said this about Martinez:
Scott Frost says he saw Adrian Martinez make a throw last week he’d never seen a QB make before: “Maybe watching the Chiefs last year.”

Well, if Frost has Martinez by his side — a known outstanding QB who is making throws comparable to Kansas City Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes — it’s no wonder that he’s less stressed. Nebraska’s schedule is almost as light as you can ask for in the B1G as well this season. Expectations may be high, but Frost doesn’t seem too concerned about that.
He just seems to know that his team is night and day better than it was a season ago.
