Anchored by the No. 2 tight end in the nation, Nebraska is hoping the Class of 2021 can help the program experience a revival.

Nebraska coach Scott Frost is effusive in his praise for 4-star tight end Thomas Fidone, who is the top rated prospect from Iowa, according to 247Sports.

Nebraska also snagged the No. 1 player from South Dakota (OLB Randolph Kpai) and the No. 2 in-state prospect (Teddy Prochazka). Overall, Nebraska has the nation’s No. 23 class and seventh ranked class in the B1G. Nebraska’s average rating is 87.3, according to 247Sports.

Here’s some of Frost’s thoughts on the Nebraska recruiting class:

Nebraska has struggled to a 2-5 record this season. If the Class of 2021 lives up to its potential though, Nebraska should be well-positioned to make a return to relevancy.
