Adrian Martinez is having quite the debut for Nebraska.

The freshman QB had an early turnover as the Cornhuskers lost two fumbles and fell behind Colorado 14-0 early on. That kind of start had the potential to derail Nebraska in the game, but the team fought back, mainly behind the play of Martinez.

Nebraska scored 21 points and rushed for more than 200 yards in the first half. Though just a freshman, Martinez is already showing poise and dynamic play-making ability while leading the offense. He scored the first touchdown for head coach Scott Frost and provided another highlight while escaping a sack and connecting on a throw downfield.
