Twitter reacts to Nebraska collapse after blowing 10-point lead
Apparently things can get worse.
Nebraska looked to be in control much of the afternoon against Northwestern and had a 10-point lead with five minutes to go in the game. Unfortunately, the first win of 2018 was still not meant to be.
The Wildcats marched 99 yards with just under two minutes left to tie the game and force overtime. Then an interception and a field goal secured the win and sent Nebraska to an 0-6 start under head coach Scott Frost.
Frost can say what he wants, but this is an especially dark day for the Cornhuskers. Fans and media members alike reacted accordingly:
Nebraska with the ultimate "this is why we can't have nice things" performance.

98.2% was Nebraska’s win probability less than a half hour ago. They just lost to Northwestern. Now 0-6. Just wow.

NOBODY and I mean NOBODY chokes like the Nebraska Cornhuskers. Crumbling under pressure is a contagious disease and it's running rampant right now….It's truly beyond words at this point
