Not many people get to see what goes on during fall camp practices at Nebraska. A few Big Ten Network analysts got to watch practice recently, however, as part of the BTN bus tour.

BTN studio host Dave Revsine shared a few videos from Saturday’s practice on his Twitter account. One standout performer appears to be freshman QB Adrian Martinez.

Martinez, out of Fresno, Calif., was rated the No. 7 dual-threat quarterback in the class of 2018 on the 247Sports Composite, and the below clips show why he was recognized for being able to make plays with his arms and his legs.

In one clip, Martinez drops a dime to a wide receiver for a touchdown pass during a red zone drill. Another clip shows Martinez shaking off multiple defenders to find his way to the open field.

If Martinez makes plays like these, the Cornhuskers may be handing the keys to the offense to the true freshman.
