Nebraska hasn’t had the best of start to the 2018 season.

Actually, it hasn’t even been decent. It’s been bad.

Coach Scott Frost would tell you that. During halftime of the Nebraska-Purdue game on Saturday, he had some intense words for what the Cornhuskers are showing right now.

In the third quarter, as Nebraska was down 35-14 to the Boilermakers, QB Adrian Martinez had the Huskers just outside the red-zone. He then found WR J.D. Spielman in the corner of the end-zone with a beautiful pass:

The TD strike got Nebraska to within two scores, but Purdue answered with a TD of its own, pushing the lead back to 21. The game can be seen on BTN.
