Anyone who visits Nebraska’s campus could take a quick look at the weight room the Huskers occupy every week. But why have a peek when you can receive a tour?
Well, it may be an up-close-and-personal kind of tour, but Nebraska offensive lineman Tanner Farmer does a pretty good job explaining the facility.
Big Ten Network handed the microphone over to Farmer, allowing the Husker to give a guided tour of the weight lifting facility in Lincoln.
Now you’ll know exactly what each machine is for and what lifts and exercises utilize all throughout the year.
