Finally, Nebraska fans have something to celebrate.
It came way too late and it wasn’t nearly enough, but hey, at least it’s something, right?
Early in the third quarter and with Nebraska trailing 42-0, Tanner Lee connected with receiver J.D. Spielman on a crossing route. Spielman then turned on the jets and rushed past the Ohio State defense and found the end zone.
The pass went 77 yards and finally but the Huskers on the scoreboard.

It was Lee’s 12th touchdown pass of the season and Spielman’s second touchdown reception.
