Dix doesn’t have a composite rating yet, but is a 3-star according to 247Sports. He’s also the No. 1 ranked player in the state of Iowa for the class of 2022.
He attends Abraham Lincoln High School in Council Bluffs, Iowa. He’s listed at 6-foot-4, 180 pounds.
According to 247Sports, Dix has already visited Iowa’s campus once this summer and has another visit scheduled for Sept. 3. He’s also visited Wake Forest this summer.
The Badgers offered Dix earlier this month, so it’s possible a visit to Madison could still be possible down the road.
Iowa already has one commitment in the class of 2022: 3-star point guard Dasonte Bowen.
There is no timetable for his commitment.
