Two B1G kickers have made the semifinalist list for the Lou Groza award.

The Lou Groza Collegiate Place-Kicker Award is presented annually to kickers that have all excelled throughout the season. Michigan kicker Jake Moody and Iowa Kicker Drew Stevens represented the B1G in the group of semifinalists. The nominees were announced on Thursday via Twitter.

This isn’t the first time Moody has been grouped among the best kickers in CFB. The kicker actually took home the Groza award last year. If Moody were to take the prize again this year, he would be only the second player in history to win the award twice. The senior is 19-for-24 this season on FGs, and is a perfect 42-for-42 in extra points.

Stevens, an Iowa standout, is one of only two freshman to make the semi-finals. If Stevens takes home the prize, he would be only the 4th freshman to ever do so. Stevens had made 12 of his 14 FG attempts, and is a perfect 15-for-15 in extra points.
