2 B1G stars among 5 finalists for Walter Camp Player of the Year

The finalists for the Walter Camp Player of the Year are announced and 2 B1G stars made the final cut.
Michigan defensive end Aidan Hutchinson and Michigan State running back Kenneth Walker III join Pittsburgh quarterback Kenny Pickett, Georgia nose tackle Jordan Davis, and Alabama quarterback Bryce Young:

Hutchinson has been a driving force in helping No. 2 Michigan advance to the B1G title game, where they’ll face No. 13 Iowa. The heralded Hutchinson has amassed 32 solo tackles, 13 sacks, and 2 forced fumbles this season for a Michigan defense that has allowed over 30 points just once. That came in Michigan’s lone loss vs. Michigan State.
Walker III, a transfer from Wake Forest, has been a revelation for No. 11 Michigan State, totaling 1,636 yards and 18 touchdowns. The junior tallied eight games of at least 100 yards rushing, two games of at least 200 yards rushing, and four games with multiple touchdowns.
The winner of the award will be selected on Thursday, December 9 duringThe Home Depot College Football Awards show.
