Joenel Aguero released his Top 4 schools per Steve Wiltfong of 247Sports. He is a safety from the class of 2023.
Aguero will be picking from Ohio State, Georgia, Miami, and Florida. Aguero is listed as a 4-star safety recruit per the 247Sports Composite. He attends St. John’s Prep in Lynn, Massachusetts and comes in at 6-foot, 195 pounds. Aguero currently has 27 total offers. 247Sports has him listed as the No. 3 safety and No. 2 players from Massachusetts from the 2023 class.

Ohio State currently has the No. 3 2023 recruiting class in the B1G. Aguero would be the 10th 4-star recruit to pick the Buckeyes if he choses to go there. He will make his decision on July 23rd.
