247Sports predicts top-10 uncommitted recruit to Ohio State

Ohio State appears to be a strong favorite for a top cornerback prospect.
247Sports put out its “crystal ball” predictions for the top uncommitted Class of 2022 recruits on Friday afternoon. Among them was Jaheim Singletary, a 5-star recruit out of Florida who has a 100% chance of ending up a Buckeye, according to the “crystal ball.”

Singletary is ranked as the No. 3 prospect in Florida, per 247Sports, and has plenty of G5 interest. Georgia, Florida and Miami are among the teams interested in the star cornerback. He’d be a great get for Ryan Day.
The Buckeyes currently have the 7th-best 2022 recruiting class in the country, according to 247Sports, and 2nd-best 2022 recruiting class in the B1G behind Penn State. Landing Singletary would certainly improve that ranking — and the outlook for the future in Columbus.
