Wilson, a native of Denton, Texas, was a premier player in Michigan’s 2019 recruiting class. But with the sudden change at the helm, he decided to look for other opportunities, and he’ll have plenty.
In addition to Michigan, 16 other schools showed interest in the 6-foot-8, 215-pound star. He received offers from Baylor, Kansas, Purdue, UCLA, Texas Tech, Oklahoma and LSU, among others.
There was no indication of where Wilson was leaning on continuing his career.
