4-star wide receiver Anthony Evans has narrowed his list of schools to 4 on Wednesday.
Evans was recently committed to Arkansas but backed out of his commitment in late April.
Penn State is the only school on the recently trimmed list the receiver has not yet visited. Evans is also deciding between Oklahoma, Georgia and Texas A&M. But fret not. Penn State is still very much in the race, according to the man himself.
“It’s been going strong for a couple weeks now,” Evans said via On3 Sports. “That day they offered (May 19), that’s when I had my first contact with them. They were following me on Twitter for a minute and not long after they offered, (wide receiver coach Taylor Stubblefield) came down to the school.”
Evans is a standout receiver from Judson High School in Converse, Texas. He’s considered to be the No. 43 receiver in the nation and the No. 58 player hailing from the state of Texas. Evans stands at 5-foot-10, 155 pounds and also runs track.
