More and more midseason All-America teams are trickling out, but the B1G names that are making the lists tend to be the same.
On Thursday, ESPN unveiled its midseason All-America team, which included six B1G stars. The SEC led the way with nine selections, making the B1G the second-most represented conference. The Big 12 had four selections, the Pac-12 had two and the ACC had one.
The B1G’s leader was Ohio State, accounting for three names on the list. Wisconsin had two and Michigan had one. Below are the selections out of the B1G:
- DE: Chase Young, Ohio State
- LB: Zack Baun, Wisconsin
- CB: Jeff Okudah, Ohio State
- RB: Jonathan Taylor, Wisconsin
- OG: Wyatt Davis, Ohio State
- OG: Michael Onwenu, Michigan
