With the college football season coming to a conclusion Monday night, the race to the NFL Draft and the No. 1 overall pick is getting rolling.
Over the coming months, there will be a number of pre-draft workouts and college all-star games, including the Reese’s Senior Bowl in Mobile and the NFL Combine. These events will give teams a better chance to hone in on draft-eligible prospects.
On Saturday, Josh Edwards with CBS Sports dropped his latest mock for the upcoming draft. Edwards’ latest mock draft has Alabama OL Evan Neal going No. 1 overall but followed closely behind by Michigan DE Aidan Hutchinson. Hutchinson was joined by Purdue’s George Karlaftis in the top 10.

- No. 2 Detroit Lions: Aidan Hutchinson, DE, Michigan
- No. 5 New York Giants: George Karlaftis, DE, Purdue
- No. 13 Cleveland Browns: Garrett Wilson, WR, Ohio State
- No. 14 Philadelphia Eagles: Tyler Linderbaum, OL, Iowa
- No. 23 New England Patriots: Chris Olave, WR, Ohio State
