On3 Sports’ Tom Dienhart went on Twitter to talk about some Purdue players ahead of the Iowa game. He gave out updates on seven different Boilermakers.

Corners Cory Trice and Jamari Brown are dressing for the game, as is Brandon Calloway. Semisi Fakasiieki is set to start at WILL LB over O.C. Brothers.

Some tight ends are expected to fill in at fullback if needed. Payne Durham, Tristan Cox, and Paul Piferi could all play at that position.

DE Kydran Jenkins is also going to be dressing for the game.

Purdue is now 5-3 heading into the Iowa game. The Boilermakers are the team that is the closest to Illinois (7-1) in the B1G West. Minnesota is currently third in the division and is also 5-3.

If Jeff Brohm wins this weekend, the Boilermakers will punch their ticket to the bowl season in back-to-back years. Purdue went to the Music City Bowl against Tennessee last season.

Kickoff from Ross-Ade Stadium is going to be at noon ET on FS1.
