Aaron Henry, former Spartan star, signs overseas hoops contract

Aaron Henry is on the move, opting to head overseas after one season bouncing around between the NBA and the G League.
Henry, a second-year professional after playing for Tom Izzo at Michigan State, is making the move to France to continue his basketball career. The Metropolitans 92, a professional basketball club based in the Paris metropolitan area, announced the signing Monday.
Metropolitans 92 plays in the LNB Pro A, the highest-tier level of French basketball.

Henry appeared in 97 games (77 starts) over a 3-year career for Izzo in East Lansing. He finished his time with the Spartans averaging 10 points per game with 4.6 rebounds, 2.6 assists and 0.9 steals while shooting 46% from the floor.
