Additional documents regarding Urban Meyer, Zach Smith become public

The Urban Meyer-Zach Smith situation has been beyond a hairy one for Ohio State over the offseason.
Meyer is of course on a three-game suspension, but every person and their mother has an opinion on the matter. As time goes on, however, additional information will become available.
On Tuesday, additional documents were released by Ohio State. You can find an updated page with each of the documents here.
Some of the documents released Tuesday include information about a rehab stint that Zach Smith didn’t complete:
