While Saturday’s Penn State-Indiana game may not be getting the big time treatment from ESPN or FOX, it’s still a game certainly worthy of watching.
Joshua Perry of Big Ten Network certainly believes that this is true and broke down the matchup between the Nittany Lion defense and the Hoosier offense.
"They're going up against a Penn State defense – no Micah Parsons, no Yetur Gross-Matos – it's going to be really, really interesting to see how this goes."@RIP_JEP thinks the @IndianaFootball offense is poised to 𝗗𝗲𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝟭𝗚 against Penn State. 👀

For Indiana, there are plenty of playmakers to watch out for. Michael Penix Jr. returns after putting on some weight in the offseason. Besides Penix, Whop Philyor is a key playmaker on the outside at receiver along with fellow wideout Ty Fryfogle.
After the Nittany Lions challenged for a Big Ten championship last season, Penn State has to fill some big holes, especially on the defensive side. Gone are key defensive players Micah Parson and Yetur Gross-Matos.
James Franklin’s squad will have to do that while going up against an Indiana offense with high expectations heading into this season. This game could go a long way in deciding who sits behind Ohio State as the second best team in the Big Ten East.
