Aidan Hutchinson might end up being the Defensive Rookie of the Year. If he doesn’t win that award, at least he will win Defensive Rookie with the brightest personality.

Hutchinson was mic’d up for the Detroit Lions’ 40-14 win over the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday. And while the former No. 2 pick made a splash on the field with 2 tackles and half a sack, he also made headlines for his exuberant personality while standing on the sidelines.

We’ve all been Hutchinson before at some point in our life. Whether it be giving ourselves a mental pep talk or trying to hype up our friends before a night out on the town, everyone has uttered similar words to that of Hutch.

Take a look below at Hutchinson’s latest video provided by the NFL films social media channel.

A 2021 Heisman finalist and All-American, Hutchinson posted 62 tackles, 16.5 tackles for loss and 14.5 sacks in his final season with the Wolverines. Since arriving in the Motor City, Hutchinson has recorded 33 total tackles, 6 sacks, 4 tackles for loss and 2 interceptions.

The 5-7 Lions will face NFC North rival Minnesota at Ford Field on Sunday at 1 pm ET.
