Aidan Hutchinson wishes he could suit up for Michigan one last time even though he just played on Thanksgiving.

The Detroit Lions lost to the Green Bay Packers on Thursday 29-22. Hutchinson had 2 total tackles and 1 tackle for loss.

It sounds like Hutchinson still misses playing college football despite being in the NFL for the last 2 seasons.

“I was talking to these guys yesterday and I was just like, ‘If I could strap it up one more time with you boys and go out here today, even having just played on Thursday, I’d still do it.'”

Hutchinson last played for Michigan in 2021 and was taken at No. 2 overall in the 2022 NFL Draft by the Detroit Lions. Hutchinson played a part in Michigan’s historic win over Ohio State in his final season in Ann Arbor. Before then, the Wolverines hadn’t beaten the Buckeyes since 2011.

Plenty of Michigan legends made appearances before kickoff. Derek Jeter was just one of the big names who made the trip to Ann Arbor, joining Big Noon Kickoff to talk about The Game.

Having Hutchinson on the field for Michigan again would be entertaining to say the least. Hutchinson’s stats in 2021 included 62 total tackles, 14 sacks, and 16.5 tackles for loss.
