Making the trip to Aloha Stadium, the Air Force Falcons routed the Hawaii Rainbow Warriors, 56-26, on October 19.

Improving to 3-1 in Mountain West play, the Falcons are establishing themselves as a contender in the conference’s Mountain division.

One thing the team did against Hawaii, however, likely will not be topped the remainder of the season. The team’s final score of the night, redshirt sophomore defensive back Milton Bugg III punctuated the victory with a 92-yard pick-six, one of the most unique defensive scores in recent memory.

SportsCenter shared video of the play:

Air Force hosts Utah State (4-2, 3-0) on October 26 in a big Mountain division showdown.

Dropping to 1-2 in conference play with the loss, Hawaii is tied for third-place in the West division. Looking to get back in the win column, they will travel to Albuquerque to face New Mexico (2-5, 0-3) on Saturday.
