Air Noland is getting close to a final decision in his recruitment.
The 4-star quarterback announced on Thursday afternoon that he will make his commitment on Saturday, April 8 with 247Sports.
Noland also trimmed his final list of programs to 7. In addition to Ohio State, he’s still considering Alabama, Clemson, Arkansas, Miami, Oregon and Texas A&M.

Noland has become one of Ohio State’s top targets in this recruiting class. He’s the No. 84 overall player and the No. 8 quarterback in the country for the 2024 cycle, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
The Buckeyes didn’t offer Noland until April 1 when he was in Columbus for an unofficial visit. However, the Buckeyes are amongst the favorites to earn his commitment when he announces this weekend.
Ohio State’s 2024 recruiting class is off to a strong start. The Buckeyes added a 5-star wide receiver over the weekend, giving them 2 such prospects already in this cycle. Overall, Ohio State’s class ranks No. 4 nationally, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
Noland is listed at 6-foot-3, 195 pounds. He attends Langston Hughes High School in Fairburn, Georgia.
