Alex Hornibrook receives shout-out from Zac Brown following ‘Chicken Fried’ performance

It would appear Alex Hornibrook is a man of many talents.

The Orange Bowl MVP and quarterback for Wisconsin can also play a little guitar. Following a live performance during the 2018 Buckinghams at the Overture Center for the Arts in downtown Madison. The annual event honors the diligence and commitment of the school’s student-athletes. Tuesday night was the 10th anniversary of the event.

Hornibrook took the stage to perform “Chicken Fried” by Zac Brown Band and was greeted by a round of applause following his performance — which he claimed was his first in front of an audience.

To add to his performance, Zac Brown gave him a shout-out following his performance.
