Three-star defensive end Alex Williams flipped his commitment from West Virginia to Ohio State on Wednesday.
At 6-foot-7 and 250 pounds, Williams is the 32nd weakside defensive end and 591st overall prospect in the class of 2018 by 247Sports Composite Rankings.
Besides Ohio State and West Virginia, Williams was drawing interest from Iowa State and Virginia.
Considered a potential under-the-radar player, Williams could play early on in his career with the lack of returning defensive ends at Ohio State in 2018.
