Amir Herring is staying home. The West Bloomfield (Michigan) standout committed to Jim Harbaugh’s program on Thursday.
Herring, a 4-star offensive lineman, picked up 24 scholarship offers during his recruitment. He narrowed things down to a final 4 of Michigan, Nebraska, Boston College and Missouri.

Listed at 6-3, 300 pounds, Herring is rated 4-stars, the No. 4 recruit in the state of Michigan, No. 13 interior offensive line prospect and No. 283 prospect overall nationally in the class of 2023 on the 247Sports Composite. He visited Nebraska (June 3) and Michigan (June 17) last month.
