Nebraska got the win over North Dakota Saturday afternoon winning the game by a final score of 38-17. A big reason for that win is Anthony Grant, the transfer RB from New Mexico Military Institute and the JUCO ranks.
It was Grant’s first game inside historic Memorial Stadium, and here is what the RB had to say about being in that environment.

Grant had 23 carries for 189 yards and 2 touchdowns on the day. He also had 1 big reception for 46 yards. Grant has had a total of 4 touchdowns to start the season for the Huskers.
The RB also spoke about his journey of getting back to the D1 level as he started his career at Florida State before going to New Mexico Military Institute.
“Honestly, I think about it all the time and the journey that I had just looking back on everything, and it really feels great just to have gone through everything and be back at the D-1 level and playing like I am.” Anthony Grant had himself a day. https://t.co/xoi7YUPzn3

The Huskers hope that Grant will be able to run like that all season especially as B1G play looms.
