Army blocks Air Force on social media after loss in rivalry game

College football is known for its rivalries, and some of the best in the sport involve the service academies across the country.

Most fans are well aware of the season-ending game between Army and Navy. Usually alotted a Saturday all to its lonesome, the game between the Black Knights and Midshipmen is traditionally a hard-fought and passionate one.

On Saturday, Air Force and Army dueled it out in a somewhat lesser but still passionate rivalry. In this contest, Air Force scored 14 second-half points while limiting Army to one touchdown after the break for a 17-13 win. Unfortunately, it doesn’t look like the Black Knights took the loss too well.

Air Force Football tweeted out a screenshot Saturday evening, and it appears Army’s social media account blocked the Air Force after the loss. It looks like even service academies have coping mechanisms for how to deal with a painful loss:
