With the regular season in the books, the B1G has named the defensive award winners for the 2018 season.
Tuesday evening, the B1G announced winners of the Defensive Lineman of the Year, Linebacker of the Year, Defensive Back of the Year and Defensive Player of the Year awards. While there were plenty of deserving candidates, there was only one winner for each award.
Northwestern head coach Pat Fitzgerald was also named the B1G Coach of the Year earlier in the evening.
