B1G announces players of the week following Week 4

The Big Ten has announced its top players following Week 4.
Illinois received two of the four honors after upsetting Rutgers to win its first game of the season on Saturday. James McCourt made the game-winning field goal and Isaiah Williams set the school rushing record for a quarterback.
