Attendance numbers can be impacted by a variety of factors.
Some programs get new stadiums (Minnesota). Some keep building, and building, and building more levels on to their stadium (Nebraska). Others have stadiums so massive that they have to reduce seats just to be more ADA compliant (Michigan).
