It’s almost Thanksgiving, which means plenty of football, Feast Week basketball and even more food.

Prior to the holiday, Big Ten Network asked each Big Ten basketball coach which of their peers they’d be least likely to ask to make a Thanksgiving dinner.

Brad Underwood, Tom Izzo and Mike Woodson were popular choices for the bunch. Fran McCaffrey, Matt Painter and Ben Johnson, who elected himself because he “doesn’t cook.”

Basketball is in full swing as we enter the last week weeks of November. Painter and Purdue have had an excellent start, downing Tennessee, Xavier and Gonzaga to start the year.

After that, it’s hard to measure. Illinois, Michigan State and Wisconsin all could be players as the season wears on, and Nebraska joins Purdue and Penn State as the only teams in the conference that are still undefeated.
