Both Iowa and Michigan State have been playing the “no respect” card all year. Naturally, something had to give with the College GameDay predictions.
And while some, like Paul Finebaum, said that Iowa had “no chance,” others on the GameDay crew didn’t necessarily agree that the unbeaten Hawkeyes were destined for a loss to Michigan State.
Originally, the guest picker was supposed to be NASCAR driver Joey Logano, but fog prevented him from making the trip to Indy. Instead, former Iowa/Indianapolis Colts great Dallas Clark filled in. He, of course, gave Iowa some love.
Here’s how the GameDay crew picked the B1G Championship:
Bear: Michigan State
David Pollack: Michigan State
Desmond Howard: Iowa
Dallas Clark: Iowa
Kirk Herbstreit: Michigan State
Lee Corso: Michigan State
