B1G exploring options for Champions Week locations

The B1G will consider domed football stadiums as the sites of Champions Week matchups, according to Nebraska AD Bill Moos.
Bill Moos says the Big Ten is exploring various domed football stadiums for the Week 9 cross-divisional games. He said those sites could be shored up as soon as this week, although he didn’t rule out the possibility of those games being played in on-campus stadiums.

Champions Week is slated for Dec. 19. No. 9 Indiana (4-0) and N0. 19 Northwestern (4-0) are atop their respective B1G divisions.
Here are what the games would look like currently if there was a Big Ten Champions Week:
- No. 1 Indiana (4-0) vs. No. 1 Northwestern (4-0)
- No. 2 Ohio State (3-0) vs. No. 2 Wisconsin (2-0)
- No. 3 Maryland (2-1) vs. No. 3 Purdue (2-1)
- No. 4 Michigan State (1-3) vs. No. 4 Iowa (2-2)
- No. 5 Michigan (1-3) vs. No. 5 Nebraska (1-2)
- No. 6 Rutgers (1-3) vs. No. 6 Minnesota (1-3)
- No. 7 Penn State (0-4) vs. No. 7 Illinois (1-3)
Week 5 of the B1G slate has plenty of exciting matchups, anchored by No. 9 Indiana at No. 3 Ohio State (Saturday, 11 a.m. CST/FOX) and No. 10 Wisconsin at No. 19 Northwestern (2:30 p.m. CST/ABC).
