The 2024 college football season is rolling along, and we’ve reached Week 7. Another full Saturday of Big Ten football is ahead, with 12 teams in action across 6 conference clashes.

Northwestern and Maryland kicked off the Week 7 B1G slate on Friday night. The Wildcats led 17-7 at the half and added 20 points in the 4th quarter to come away with a 37-10 blowout win over the Terrapins.

Saturday’s early window features 2 games.

Washington looks to stay winning as Jedd Fisch’s squad travels to Iowa. The Hawkeyes are in bounce-back mode after a Week 6 loss to Ohio State.

Wisconsin and Rutgers also tangle in the early window. The Badgers look to keep the momentum rolling from a blowout win over Purdue. Rutgers is hoping to right the ship after suffering its first loss of the season at Nebraska.

Penn State hosted a Los Angeles team in Week 6 and travels to the City of Angels in Week 7. The No. 4 Nittany Lions are facing USC in the afternoon window.

Purdue is struggling in Year 2 under Ryan Walters, with a 1-4 record. The Boilermakers face No. 23 Illinois, where Walters served as defensive coordinator for 2 seasons, on Saturday afternoon.

The eyes of the college fooball world are on Eugene, Oregon in Week 6. In the evening window (though it will be afternoon at Autzen Stadium), No. 3 Oregon hosts No. 2 Ohio State. Both squads are considered contenders for the B1G championship and national title. Saturday’s winner is likely to move to No. 1 in the AP Top 25.

Wrapping things up, UCLA hosts Minnesota in the late window. The Gophers are coming off a big win over USC, while UCLA is hoping to end a 4-game losing skid.
