After a crazy and hectic week in the B1G, the conference has announced the Players of the Week from the first Saturday in November.

This might’ve been one of the tougher weeks for the conference to come to its decisions, with so many outstanding performances. The state of Michigan was well-represented in Week 10, as four players from the Mitten State — three Wolverines and one Spartan — were tabbed with honors.

Here are the Week 10 B1G Players of the Week.

A pair of Michigan running backs shared co-B1G Offensive Player of the Week honors. Karan Higdon and Chris Evans combined for 391 rushing yards and four touchdowns in the Wolverines 33-10 win over Minnesota.

Iowa’s Josh Jackson and Michigan’s Khaleke Hudson are co-Defensive Players of the Week after stellar performances this weekend. Jackson recorded three interceptions in the Hawkeyes’ 55-24 victory over Ohio State. Hudson had 13 tackles, including 6.5 stops for loss, for the Wolverines.

Matt Coghlin was tabbed as the Special Teams Player of the Week after knocking down two field goals against Penn State, including a game-winning kick as time expired.

Surprise, surprise. Wisconsin’s Jonathan Taylor is (again) the B1G Freshman of the Week after a 183-yard performance against Indiana. He also scored a touchdown in the Badgers’ 45-17 victory.
