Four former B1G football players will be back on the field representing the conference on Friday, Feb. 1 in Arlington, Texas.
Recently, the B1G roster for the 22nd annual State Farm All-Star Football Challenge was announced. The event will have six teams (based on conferences) compete in a series of skills competitions. Each player will participate in an individual, timed event and a team event will be held to conclude the contest.
Below are the participants selected to represent the B1G:
- Zack Baun, LB, Wisconsin
- Yeture Gross-Matos, DE, Penn State
- KJ Hamler, WR, Penn State
- Nate Stanley, QB, Iowa
Last year’s events included: QB accuracy competition, wide receiver/running back hands competition, lineman strength competition and an obstacle course. There was no indication of those would be the events for the 2020 competition, based on the website.
In 2019, the B1G finished second behind the SEC.
