The B1G has announced the Players of the Week after Week 5 action, the first full weekend of conference play.

There were plenty of great performances on Friday and Saturday night, but a few surpassed the rest. Here’s who the conference tabbed as this week’s Players of the Week:

A pair of receivers were tabbed as co-Offensive Players of the Week, as Michigan State’s Felton Davis III and Penn State’s DaeSean Hamilton earned the honors. Davis had nine catches for 114 yards and two touchdowns, while Hamilton hauled in nine passes for 122 yards and three scores.

Six tackles, a half-sack and two interceptions — including a pick-six — against Northwestern earned Wisconsin’s Natrell Jamerson Defensive Player of the Week honors.

Saquon Barkley continued to impress on against Indiana, taking the opening kickoff 98 yards for a touchdown.

Ben Stille was a force for the Huskers against Illinois, tallying four stops, three tackles for loss and a sack in Friday night’s game in Champaign.
